ReyCup 2026: The Ultimate Summer Tournament in Iceland

If your team is joining us for ReyCup 2026 - get excited. And if you haven’t booked yet, there’s still time… but spots won’t last long. ReyCup is one of the most unique youth football events in Europe: equal parts competition, culture, and chaos in the best possible way. It’s the kind of tournament kids talk about for years afterward.

ReyCup takes place in Reykjavík’s Laugardalur - an area packed with football fields, Iceland’s biggest swimming pool, a family park, cafés, gardens, and wide-open green spaces. Everything is within a 5–10 minute walk, which gives teams a rare sense of freedom and creates that friendly “small village” feel the tournament is known for.

And with Iceland’s midnight sun lighting up the evenings, football in late July has a magic of its own.

Some of the well-known clubs that have joined in past years include:

  • Liverpool

  • Fulham

  • Stoke City

  • Norwich City

  • Ipswich Town

  • Bolton Wanderers

  • Brighton & Hove Albion

And dozens of smaller academies and grassroots clubs come back year after year because of the atmosphere, the level of play, and the Icelandic hospitality.
